About CBS
CBS Consulting Services was founded by Dr. Elaine Anderson. Her 35+ years of knowledge and experience gained through higher education and on-the-job training while working in the corporate industry helped to serve as the foundation of the services we offer today. CBS understands what it takes to hire, train, motivate, and promote individuals to meet employers’ goals & objectives. Through training and development, our services enable counseled individuals to unlock their abilities so that they can become more successful and productive both inside and outside of the workplace.
